Orders containing products in stock and standard (not custom-made) will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 days (3-5 business days) from the moment of execution and upon payment.

If your order contains fresh products (plants, bouquets, grass or moss), branches, trees, special measurements, it may take a few days longer, since we make it immediately for you.

Our products are delivered perfectly disinfected , depending on which product it is, a preparation process for sale or another is carried out, such as baking, freezing, f10, boiling. But remember that natural or fresh products (bouquets, grass, plants) are delivered to be suitable for use in parrots, and with this we do not use pesticides or aggressive procedures that could affect the health of your animals. We always check, but sometimes there is the possibility that an ant, worm or small bugs sneak in. It is not usually normal, but it can happen. Don't suffer, it doesn't do them any harm, on the contrary, they can eat them.
Above all, don't throw chemicals! Remove the bugs from the outside and that's it. If you have questions, send me a message and I'll tell you more.

The design of spaces is a unique project for each person who hires it, with the aim of ensuring that your parrots live in a place that is totally enriching for them:
Cages, flying cages, parks.

The procedure to follow depends a little on what space it is, but in general it could be summarized as:

1. We talk, you tell me a little about what you want and I guide you on what type of design you have to choose on the website (cage size, type and size of wing, park sizes, etc.).

2- You have to place the order on the website and pay the amount.

3- Once this is done, I will send you a questionnaire with a wide variety of questions that will be the key so that the design fits completely with what you want and that your little ones love (measurements, tastes of each animal, needs).

4- I start making the design with the aim of capturing everything that is in my head.

5- I'll send it to you by email, and I'll wait for your feedback to comment on what you think.

6-When I have the OK, I will make the budget and send it to you (remember that you don't have to take everything, or maybe you don't take anything and do it yourself, you can look for equivalents that fulfill the same function and form).

7. If the quote is accepted, the order, payment and subsequent manufacturing proceed.

9- We send it to you, and you assemble it at home with the step-by-step design manual.

10- And then Sara waits all excited for you to send her thousands of photos and videos of how it turned out :).

No, the space design service is, as the name indicates, doing the design. It is the price of Sara creating the project of a unique space for you, according to your needs and those of your parrots.

The presentation is a PDF that is sent by email and becomes your complete property. As if it were an assembly manual , everything in detail, step by step, so that you can assemble and achieve the result that is in the drawing.

The first answer is no. The beauty of our designs is that either you or a carpenter or whoever you want can follow all the steps and assemble it.

But, it is also true that we are not closed in band, and we are aware that we have a lot of experience making montages. So we can value it if it is close to our area (Catalonia) and you are obviously willing to pay what it costs.
