From eseteese.com we want shipments to arrive quickly, but we have to remember that we are a small, artisan business , all our creations are made one by one, packaged with a lot of love and affection and correctly protected so that they are delivered in optimal conditions

Orders containing products in stock and standard (not custom-made) will be delivered within a maximum period of 7 days (3-5 business days) from the moment of execution and upon payment.
If your order contains fresh products (plants, bouquets, grass or moss), branches, trees, special measurements, it may take a few days longer, since we make it immediately for you.
If they are fresh products, the maximum day to send them is Wednesday so that the package does not remain stopped over the weekend. and ensure optimal delivery of live product.
If the preparation and delivery dates are different from the general ones established (whether due to holidays, accumulation of orders, Christmas, offers) , it will be indicated at the time of making the purchase.
Shipping will be free for all orders over €69 .
For shipments that do not reach the amount set to obtain free shipping, it will cost € 6.90 .
ORDERS FOR LARGE VOLUME PRODUCTS : All orders that contain products over 60 cm (the website automatically detects this) will have a supplement of €6.90 for the extra package and shipping dimensions. If your order is over €69, the main shipping will be free and you will only have to pay the supplement.
We would love to be able to have the same conditions as mainland Spain, but it cannot be.
Remember that we have customs and many limitations. This is what we can offer you:
If your order (total of the products) does not exceed the permitted measurements: Maximum weight of 2 kg and sum of the 3 sides of the package of 90 cm, it will have a cost of €6.90 , sent with Ordinary Post Office (and with it We cannot confirm how many days it will take, it all depends on Customs).

If your order includes products that by themselves already exceed the weight or measurements (always consult measurements and weight of the product), or that the total ordered does not fit into those measurements, we will notify you upon receiving your order, since the package will be It will be divided into several boxes and will have a supplement of €6.90 for each extra package .
If you want to place a large volume order and not worry about measurements and weight, we can send via Maritime Express Mail (approximately 60 euros), contact us first and we will process it without problem.
We do shipping to all the world. Little by little we are adding shipping areas, such as Portugal, France and Italy, the website will detect it automatically.
If you do not see a shipping option when adding your country: consult prices and conditions in advance for correct management and shipping viability.

All our products of natural origin may present: fissures, irregularities, unique shapes, moss, sand or mud. And with this, none of that will be categorized as a defect or reason for return. Each piece is unique and special, none is the same as the previous one and this is part of the charm of our artisan products.
Our products are delivered perfectly disinfected , but remember that natural or fresh products (bunches, grass, plants) are delivered to be suitable for use in parrots, and with this we do not use pesticides. We always check, but sometimes there is the possibility that an ant, worm or small bugs sneak in. It is not usually normal, but it can happen. Don't suffer, it doesn't do them any harm, on the contrary, they can eat them.
Above all, don't throw chemicals! Remove the bugs from the outside and that's it. If you have questions, send me a message and I'll tell you more.
We try to protect our packages as much as possible, but it is impossible to fight against delivery people who mistreat packages.
Our products are delicate, and unfortunately these things can happen.
So if when you receive the package you see that it is wrong or when you open the box you detect a broken product, immediately send me a message on Instagram or email and send me photos.
Don't worry, we will send you the product again.
In case you want to return or claim something that has been a consequence of an error in the preparation of the order by esatéese.com or that the product purchased is defective, write and send an email to hola@eseteese.com indicating your customer number. order and personal data, and we will proceed to replace, reduce the price or return said item without any of the costs being borne by the customer.
A period of 7 business days is established from the date of receipt to be able to make a return and the expenses derived from it will be assumed by the client. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19).
Returns will not be accepted if the product packaging is not the original and is not in perfect condition. The original packaging of the product must be protected so that it is received in perfect condition.
Without prior authorization from us, the product will not be accepted and consequently returned to its origin, with the customer himself bearing the shipping costs.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will verify that all the requirements mentioned above are met and, in case of compliance, Esetéese will proceed to refund the amount (shipping cost not included) in the same way in which the purchase was made.
Returns will not be accepted for those products "that, due to their nature, cannot be returned (...) or that can be downloaded or reproduced immediately for permanent use" (law 47/2002, of December 19, on the Regulation of the Retail Trade art. 45).
